TrueDot.ai is a seed-funded AI-native research platform that automates tedious research tasks without compromising methodological rigor. As the Head of Design at TrueDot, I play a key role in shaping our product strategy. I am a player, primarily, and a coach when necessary. I collaborate with the CEO, Lead Researcher, and Chief Data Scientist. I also lead brand creative design, ensuring the company's identity and marketing collateral align with our vision and goals.

Led the design for the Recruiting Product team's "Accelerate" pillar, a complex enterprise product used by multiple user types (recruiters, candidates, hiring managers) to drive hiring at a global scale.

SurveyMonkey Genius is a set of features that utilizes Machine Learning. With over 20 million survey responses daily, SurveyMonkey can analyze its data to help researchers improve their survey design process.
